Achieving clinical benefit of PROMs
No assessment without consequence!
PROM completion alone may increase patients’ awareness of their needs, but clinical benefit requires that HCPs use PRO data to guide oncologic treatment. PRO data can be used for:
Integration of PRO data into
- communication between HCPs and patients
- interprofessional communication between HCPs.
