Electronic PRO assessment (2): Requirements
If you want to assess PRO data electronically, the following requirements need to be considered.
Electronic PRO assessment requires an existing IT system for the installation and processing of the PROM software (see next slide) and the processing and storage of PRO data. The IT system consists of hardware (e.g. server) and software components (e.g. clinical information system, electronic patient records) and is usually administrated by IT professionals.
